Company with no respect, obliged to involve the lessors several times just to have an appointment, when finally they get an appointment the technicians do not come. Otherwise respect is obviously an option...to be avoided!!!

I am a tenant and waiting for the regularization bill for more than a year is not normal even though they have taken the meters for the heating it is starting to take a long time you call your landlord and they will tell you that they are waiting for the bill from the energy supplier that they can do nothing in the meantime we pay full price for heating without regularization it is not logical

I also advise the lady on the other end of the phone to work in a factory if you want to talk to her customers like that, sales is not for you.
