Disastrous telephone reception. Forced to spell the last name several times without success, repeat the address and also spell it several times, still no result! So the person on the phone found me with my phone number! Not friendly at all, I had the impression of disturbing him in his nap... Appointment given between 1 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., except I had requested before 5 p.m.! 4:45 p.m. still no one.. The technician arrived at 5 p.m. sharp and only stayed there for 2 minutes tops.. To tell me that he can't do anything and that he will come back another day! Unfortunately no choice to work with them, the social landlord chose this company. If you have the choice, DO NOT CALL THEM!

My landlord referred me to this service provider. Broken toilet flush, he had to give me an appointment quickly, I called back several times because no response from them. Flush changed 10 days later…. Nothing to say about the technician but the telephone platform, a horror!!!!

1 star out of obligation otherwise I didn’t care! Meeting between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. and no one came! I call at 12 p.m. to find out where it's at, they called me back at 3 p.m. to tell me that no one will be able to come by this morning (no kidding!!!!) they dare to tell me by phone WAIT!!! This is the last straw, I’ve been waiting for 8 hours! To avoid I called a plumber near me and I am delighted! Thank you Riva heating for your professionalism, I won’t say the same for proxiserve!

No protection for work which stained the entire kitchen with black grease. In addition, equipment installed new and broken during installation by the technician. You have to call back several times for him to come back and finish the work and it's still not finished. Now there is a water leak in the toilets and I have been told three times in 4 months that I will be called back. Customer service makes you wait under the pretext of accessing the schedule and they charge you for 10 minutes of communication to tell me that I will be called back later. Lamentable

Total scam, we pay for a maintenance and troubleshooting service that has not been carried out. Following several calls we had to call back but still no news, no more hot water and a temperature of 29 degrees in the house, I can't explain the electricity bill to you. Filing a complaint if no news tomorrow for non-respected contract. And I might make the trip to Cherbourg Caen!!!
