Air/water aerothermal project carried out by Ste Sittelec. Results: recurring breakdowns, costly and poor quality repairs. So many good reviews seem as surprising as they are suspicious to me. Company to avoid!

Air/air installation carried out around ten years ago. Project at a competitive cost, presented as reliable and efficient in a friendly tone to instill a climate of trust. Completion and delivery of the site in accordance with the agreed deadlines. The story would have been worth a rave review. Unfortunately what followed was less beautiful: frequent breakdowns, recurring repairs as a corollary of a series of hassles and winters spent without heating and obviously a succession of invoicing. We must recognize that each of our requests was followed by rapid intervention. However, it was as fast as it was unsuccessful. The problems only continued to accumulate, revealing the distressing value of a company more inclined to find new customers than to satisfy them. A great presentation for poor performance. The competition has fortunately made us aware of the exact opposite and today leads us to bitterly regret having chosen the Sittelec.
