I called this plumber for a clogged toilet bowl. He was one of the only ones to come the same day and within 20 minutes of my call. As he was retired, he explained to me that he could not provide me with an invoice, but it really didn't matter because he quickly and well resolved my problem and only asked me for €20 so that all the other companies were asking me for €175 MINIMUM and EXCLUDING TAX!! Of course, I would call on him again if necessary, especially since he has over 50 years of experience! And so I highly recommend it!

Called for a leak. Arrives without a toolbox, a simple paper bag with two or three bits and pieces, even makes me wonder if I don't have a hammer. Obliged to remind him because the leak had diminished but nevertheless still present, in bad faith, explained that it was dry (my wife who managed the second intervention, mysoginous in addition?), had to insist on taking a chair and checking it. herself and therefore force this ''plumber'' to honor his service. In addition, insists on being paid in cash (even though I only had my checkbook). Doesn't make any estimate, you discover the bill coming out of his head at the end.
