Replacement of an old geothermal heat pump with a Viessman air/water heat pump on heated floors The excellent contact on the telephone and during the technical meeting with Mr. Halbeisen really reassured me in my choice of ATAO Energies to carry out the work at my home. Relevant technical answers were given to me in order to better choose the equipment suited to my home. Speed of intervention despite an apparently busy schedule: quote signed on January 16, start of work on February 5 for delivery on February 9... It works the first time and Alexandre's explanations on how the CAP works are clear and relevant. He doesn't avoid any questions: we're dealing with a professional! And no delays despite the complexity of the work! Square ! Alexandre and his colleague did incredible work! Rare professionalism, friendliness and truly pleasant teaching, concern for a job well done (special mention to the necklaces aligned with the line :)) Qualities that are increasingly rare and all the more appreciated! Every evening the site was tidied up and everything remained very clean throughout the work. The administration, very responsive, is also top notch! The documents necessary for assembling the files (bank, CEE bonus, etc.) are provided very quickly and Ms. Halbeisen is happy to answer each question What more can be said ? I think I have found THE heating engineer I need! A big thank you to the whole team !
