A real pleasure to have finally found a true professional plumber and heating engineer who masters his trade. Mr. André was able to quickly diagnose the faults in our Viessmann boiler system and gas pipes (with leaks), while 2 plumbers had passed without success. Mr. André subsequently carried out other plumbing work for our house (loading water circuits for sinks, toilets, pressure reducer, etc.). All the work was completed quickly. The quote was communicated to us within a few days, then the work carried out upon receipt of the parts in less than 10 days each time. The quality of the work is impeccable. The prices charged are very reasonable for the time spent doing the work and the necessary travel. No excess estimate has been requested. The advice is also informed and Mr. André does not push for the consumption of his services, quite the contrary. It is really reassuring to finally be able to count on a reliable professional: competent, rigorous, responsive and honest.

Finally a craftsman who doesn't give the feeling of being taken for a jug. A big thank you to this plumber for his efficiency, responsiveness and professionalism (I could add many others), it is great to have such a craftsman not far from home.
