Rude secretary. I called twice. The first time it was not urgent but this secretary refused to give us an appointment in the following weeks for no reason.. the second time (i.e. 2 weeks later, on a Tuesday), a little more urgent because without heating or hot water at this time of year it can be complicated, madame tells me she has availability on Friday then finally tells me that it's not possible and that I have to check with someone else. Not professional at all. Fortunately we found someone who was able to intervene the next day despite an already very busy schedule.
