Professional through and through. Following a personalized diagnosis, the installer offered me an offer adapted to my needs and presenting me with the most relevant options. Not only is the exterior heat pump silent and discreet, but the 2 reversible air conditioning units (1 on the ground floor and one upstairs) are well installed and work perfectly. It only took a day to set up, and as an option, the M. answered all my questions and explained to me how the remote control worked and how to install the app on my smartphone for everything adjust wherever I want.
