LAMENTABLE, no matter how much you call, explain the emergency, you are poorly received on the phone and if you are not happy, it's the same! they always manage to find the little loophole so as not to intervene or give you appointments very far away! A saturated, blocked sink they will not intervene because it does not drip!!!??? We walk on the head ! You should really question yourself given the countless negative reviews circulating on the site.

Technician does not come or when the supposed technician comes leak even worse than before, flooding of the tank, it flows from all sides, the said plumber notices the gaping leak and he decides to leave, even though he sees that it is even worse than before... you call them back and no one comes...

The technician dismantled the siphon and asked my 88-year-old father to clean the pipe, it was unacceptable, he said that the leak had to be repaired even though it was worse than before.
