Very disappointed heat pump installed in 2019 I have a noise 2 years later still not resolved and since June 2021 I want to schedule the annual boiler maintenance we are in December still no appointment despite the emails and calls to tell me the technical station you applera for appointment that's all

Just one star barely deserved. I really don't recommend! Very poor quality work and having to wait three months and far too many calls to get a response after seeing that certain things are not working. And once an appointment is made, no one comes, twice in a row. After almost two months still nothing! Really very angry at this company if you can call it that

Refrigeration connection installed by this company after 9 years a leak, the pipes twisted with pliers and bent by hand and on the phone just this is not our fault company to absolutely avoid
