We are very satisfied. A friendly, attentive team that knows how to adapt to various requests and/or changes. We appreciated the different exchanges (with the different contacts) and follow-up of quotes/construction but also the valuable advice. The work is quality and careful. Delighted with our bathroom renovation. We highly recommend this company which, in our opinion, is very serious.

In a word: catastrophic tenant, hot water problem, company sent by real estate agency, simply tests the activation of the water heater in forced operation. Unresolved problem since what was wrong was that the hot water temperature was insufficient. we had to wait weeks (because of the real estate agency) for a 2nd intervention, where this time the breakdown was detected, which should have been detected at the 1st!! and save me from the inconvenience of cold showers and the risk of exposure to legionella! To top it off, new tenant of the accommodation, which did not have hot water, the repair costs therefore normally fall to the owner, here represented by an agency, but I found myself with 2 invoices for 2 interventions, the 1st canceled very fortunately since they were unable to do anything, but the other, they did not try to insist on the agency to be settled and therefore fell back on me the tenant with the threat of recovery, it is strong with coffee!

We have used the services of this company for many years for various jobs. More recently, they renovated our house with electricity/plumbing + installation of an Air/Water heat pump. Very good company, having had a lot of problems with my heat pump poorly installed by the manufacturer, I called on them and I was not disappointed, professionals like you don't see anymore, very satisfied and a big thank you to Sylvain for the work accomplished and that perception.
