To avoid, first call for a boiler maintenance in 2018, appointment given, the day of the appointment 1 hour after the agreed time still no one, I call back to the office to find out if I have not made a mistake with the date or schedule, but no, I am told that he will arrive, (1h30 later). Maintenance carried out that day. During 2019 breakdown of my boiler in the middle of winter I also specify that I have an infant at home, I call this company back, on the day of the appointment 1 hour after the agreed time still no one, so I call back to the office they tell me indicates that the person is arriving. (approximately 1h30 after the agreed time) On site, after 2 hours of research, I was told that he was not sure of the origin of the fault and that he would therefore try to do a test with a second-hand spare part which he would bring back. next day without specifying a time despite my request. The next day I waited all day no one ever came to change the room. Boiler still broken. I called back later and was asked if I was available all day. I answered yes of course. At the end of the day no one came by. I specified during this entire meeting that they had my telephone contact details and that I was never informed of a possible delay or to warn me that it would not happen. Boiler result still broken, thank you to this company for its professionalism, communication and punctuality.

Available and professional. My landlady contacted him following a leak in the boiler water tank. Another professional in the Saint Louis sector was categorical: everything must change! The Stefan company, after seeing the damage, simply offered to change...a screw! In no time, not a single drop leaked. I highly recommend this company.
