Incompetent people on the phone. Behavior of the secretary disrespectful. It's been more than twice that I have contacted them for a problem in my accommodation and they hang up in the middle of the conversation... It's been a year since I reported, and nothing has been resolved. Service to Flee!!!! If only we could give 0 stars!

My toilet is out of order, the toilet is flushing continuously, the bowl is not filling, there is no way to turn off the water valve.... I call my landlord who tells me to call AHS who will take care of it. occupy urgently same day, what do you do. Secretary who tells me that it is not urgent that it will wait at the beginning of the week (4 days of waiting)..... Thank you my children and I with this continuous sound of water, not to mention that the water is lost well I pay on charge, having to take a bucket of water to flush the toilet.... I call back my landlord who explains to me that AHS has between 24 hours and 48 hours for this type of intervention. Unacceptable to leave people like that. We pay you in our charges.

Poor service doesn't keep appointments and really takes people for idiots. One of the secretaries or those who serve as secretaries who has no skills and who hangs up on customers is really unacceptable. You should review your services which are disgusting. Too bad we can't put a ZERO.

Alsace Home service came to my home Monday March 11 Unfortunately the intervention didn't change anything. The problem is still here. I still don't have hot water despite changing the boiler. On top of that they left a big gap behind my toilet and damaged my toilet by dismantling it. Result of the shopping, I no longer have hot water, dysfunctional toilet, large hole with mold... for two weeks already and cannot intervene before April. IT'S A SCANDAL LOL

The call distribution system is a bit complicated, the phone cuts out. For technical services, you must respect your promises. When you say "we'll call you back", you have to do it, we've been waiting for your call for over 3 months... If you call back following a notice left the day before, it is not immediately possible to reschedule your appointment because the technician's schedule is not known to the services.
