Excellent services for replacing an old 22 year old gas boiler with a Hydroconfort 20kW 80 liter condensing gas boiler (FRISQUET). The staff were very efficient and very friendly, they took the time to explain everything to us during commissioning about the operation of the boiler and the thermostatic control. We are delighted with their service and highly recommend FCP74.

I made the right choice to take on this company, I changed my oil boiler for a pellet boiler. They found all the solutions to implement the project while respecting the deadlines and the price, very good monitoring and a very professional team. We called this company for a boiler change. The appointment for this quote went well, nothing to complain about. We were told that we would receive the quote within 3 weeks. Having not heard back and after several reminders, we were finally told that we would not have a quote and that they could not carry out the work, because they were overwhelmed. I'm not blaming them and they are probably victims of their success, but the experience with this company inevitably leaves a bitter taste, especially because of the time wasted. I find myself with a project that has stalled after two months. I wish them good luck, as well as improvement in their organization and in their customer relations.
