Whether it is the telephone reception, the intervention (changing a toilet as well as the evacuation) or the possibility of paying the bill in 3 or 4 installments, nothing to complain about. Great job from the various parties involved in replacing our boiler. All for a very competitive price compared to the competitors we contacted. Everything went perfectly well, from taking measurements to evacuating the old boiler, including resuming the loose connections that I had made for the thermodynamic water heater installed by me. Replacing a very old hot water tank with a recent one, the intervention lasted literally less than 2 hours. Nothing to report, everything works perfectly well. Very friendly and efficient employees. Telephone secretariat particularly friendly, pleasant and understanding. As I am only a tenant, I cannot comment on the prices charged. For everything else, I highly recommend, it's very professional!
