The company SIAM BAT uses our address as their residence on their website. I just filed a complaint with the police against them.

We had taken out a maintenance contract on a heat pump with hot water tank. A typical failure has occurred (security group). Impossible to obtain an intervention date, or even a response, despite numerous phone calls, emails and even letters.

On December 15, 2023, I made an appointment (for January 17, 2024) for the annual maintenance of our heat pump. The company SIAM BAT asked me to pay the invoice in advance (€234.21) for the service to be carried out, so I paid this invoice. On January 17, 2024, no technician showed up and no one notified me. I sent an email on January 30 and then on February 19 to request a refund, I also called the telephone number indicated on the contract several times with no response. I also sent a text message to the company manager's cell phones, still no response. Today is March 3, 2024, and I still have no news. So I just made a report on the government's consumer signal site to request reimbursement and answers...

What can I say except that this society should be avoided! Having demanded payment before intervention, something that I did, the technician had to send a report, I specify that it took place on January 11, 2024, I took the liberty of relaunching it on January 25, 2024! This one told me that he would take care of it during the weekend as of today February 6, 2024 still nothing! To flee urgently!

We took out a contract for the upkeep and maintenance of our heat pump in October 2022. In November 2023, we asked SIAM BAT to come and do the annual maintenance before the heating start-up period, they did not do it. never made. Today 12/29/2023 no news from SIAM BAT. I strongly advise against taking out a maintenance contract with this company. Sadly, the company does not honor maintenance appointments and does not process complaints. A report was made to the Directorate General for Competition, Consumption and Fraud Repression. To flee !!! To flee !!! To flee !!! To flee !!!
