Was repaired on the same day of the call, August 4, 23: a water meter had been leaking for several days but the Grand Avignon Water Service did not want to come... I would like to thank the ENTIRE RUBIO Team, including the person contacted on August 14, 23 who resolved a clarification issue regarding the address of the intervention. I keep it on my shelves.

Before the arrival of their 2 technicians, my Frisquet gas boiler was working optimally and in complete silence. However, after four hours of maintenance (for a boiler that is regularly serviced and requires only one hour of usual cleaning), it no longer worked at all. They informed my wife of their intention to return the next day, but she refused, knowing that we would not have hot water to shower in the evening and in the morning before school. They finally came back a long time later and replaced a part (a small black box). However, we have been left with an expensive boiler which, since their intervention, has been emitting a deafening noise which I can hear from my room all night and every day on the first floor (the boiler is located downstairs in the garage ), and this for almost a year. After a whole year, I am still waiting for the owner of the company to come and see what happened, but he has never shown up, despite my three calls to the company and a conversation with himself on the fourth call, during which we agreed to a meeting. He even said on the phone that "don't worry, we will find an arrangement between us." Today, almost a year later, I received a "registered letter" ordering me to pay the sum of €193.50 for the work carried out, under penalty of being prosecuted. I have never had to write a negative review about a company, but in this case, I feel compelled to do so. I invite you to avoid this company
