This is 2 times that Mr Alasseur has intervened on my air/water heat pump. The first time to carry out its connection, filling, commissioning during its installation, The 2nd time (today) for a maintenance operation following a factory fault in the indoor unit. Each time this local craftsman, located close to my home, demonstrated remarkable professionalism. The execution of his work is meticulous and careful, as is the management of his site. His in-depth knowledge of the operating principle of air conditioning systems is, for my part, a guarantee of seriousness. He is not stingy with his explanations; Being a handyman myself, I appreciate it. MC3A contacted me after being contacted by Hitachi. Not only did Mr. Alasseur agree to maintain my installation even though he did not install it (something that all the others I contacted refused to do) but he is also extremely professional. Mr. Alasseur took his time to audit my installation and carefully maintained it (previous interviews had obviously been overlooked). He has since returned for a procedure and the work was carried out with care. When restarting the heat pump, it malfunctioned even though the intervention only affected the plumbing: Mr Alasseur did everything possible to get it started again (tests, contacting Hitachi, etc.) without asking me anything. or despite the hours spent. I am taking the time to write this review to support this craftsman because until now I had the impression of being quite alone with my heat pump.

Cyril ALASSEUR installed an air conditioning unit (1 exterior unit, 2 interior units) in my apartment located on the top floor, under the roof, with passage of the pipes and the electrical supply in the attic space, above my apartment. Work begins at 9:15 a.m. and ends shortly before 5:00 p.m. He was accompanied by an electrician. I appreciate being listened to – whenever technically possible – when I shared my preferences for the installation (piping routing, location of units, etc.). I also appreciate that he took the time to answer my philistine questions about how the air conditioning works, because I have never had air conditioning before and what is obvious to him is not at all obvious to me. . I would say that Cyril ALASSEUR masters his subject after having seen it worked, he is meticulous, he has an eye for detail. You should not be proud of the date of creation of his company (06/2021) because he was previously an employee in another air conditioning company for several years: he is not a beginner. In short, he is trustworthy. As a bonus, free commissioning costs (€160), site cleaned and waste removed, what more could you want!
