I contacted this company because my gas boiler was no longer producing hot water. A plumber came during the day, after examining the boiler and cleaning (half of the plate exchanger), the boiler did not restart, he told me that several parts had to be changed and that would be more expensive. I received a quote of €1700. I had doubts about the reliability of the plumber, my boiler is only 4 years old. I contacted another company which took me €120 to completely clean the dirty part! My boiler is working again! I think that the Fouqueray company is no longer what it used to be! The plumber takes advantage of an emergency situation to inflate his quote, and in a moment of anxiety some people may accept. So beware!

Very bad experience at Fouqueray. Customer satisfaction seems foreign to this company, as does the notion of urgency: I went almost 3 weeks without hot water! Bureaucratic procedures are incompatible with rapid response times. The plumber who came to my home was unable to make a diagnosis. He proceeded empirically by changing one part, then another! When the hot water finally came back on the tank was leaking... I was then asked to change the tank! Who didn't need it of course. In short, move on and choose independent and competent plumbers!

For several years, I had been satisfied with the services of the Rosset company. Unfortunately, everything has collapsed since its takeover by the Fouqueray company headed by the young graduate of a prestigious business school whose vocation seems to me more oriented towards administration than towards the business world. This distinguished young man seems in particular not to have yet learned that the main resource of his business comes from his clients, of whom I am pleased to no longer be a part. My last experience (end of September 2023): nine days without heating or hot water for the pleasure of respecting the bureaucratic procedures specific to this society for which no notion of emergency exists.
